What's included in Foundation?
Everything you need to launch your first Protege — account, knowledge base, one Protege, session transcripts, analytics, and full revenue share capabilities. Foundation starts with a 14-day free trial. Most experts are live within days of signing up.
What's the difference between Foundation and Premium?
Foundation is self-serve — you build and configure your own Protege. Premium includes a full white-glove build, done for you. Premium also includes multiple Proteges, advanced analytics, white-label options, and a 30-day launch sequence. Premium comes in two payment options: $1,997 upfront + $97/month, or $0 setup + $197/month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Foundation includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Premium plans are custom-onboarded; reach out to discuss what's right for you.
How does billing work for sessions?
Sessions are billed in real minutes. If a client talks for 23 minutes, they're billed for 23 minutes at your pro-rated hourly rate. There's no rounding up, no minimums per session, and no surprise charges.
Can I switch between Revenue Share and Expert Pays?
Yes. You can switch models per-Protege anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on the next session. Many experts run Revenue Share for their public-facing Proteges and Expert Pays for existing client relationships.
What is Codex and do I need it?
Codex is an add-on that lets clients upload their own documents — contracts, reports, business plans — for your Protege to analyze using your methodology. If your clients regularly share files, Codex dramatically increases the value of each session. It's not required, but most high-value experts enable it once they see the difference it makes.
What's the revenue share split?
You set your rate. You keep 70%. Sessions happen while you're doing other things.
