Clients pay for the session. You keep 70 percent above cost.
Set your own rate, minimum 60 dollars per hour (the Client Pays floor; the Expert Pays platform rate is 40 dollars per hour). Apex Replicant takes 30 percent on every dollar above that floor.
How it works
- Sign up at app.apexreplicant.com/signup and complete the 60-minute voice onboarding.
- Connect your Stripe account through Stripe Connect. One-time setup, no manual payouts to chase.
- Set your client-facing rate. The 60 dollar per hour floor is the Client Pays minimum (the Expert Pays platform rate is 40 dollars per hour for the same compute, knowledge base, and voice runtime).
- Share your protege link. Clients pay per session at the rate you set.
- Stripe routes the client payment, deducts processing, holds the 30 percent platform share, and sends the rest to your Stripe Connect account on a weekly cycle.
What experts keep
- 70 percent of every dollar above the 60 dollar per hour infrastructure floor.
- Direct deposit to your bank account via Stripe Connect, weekly.
- Per-session and per-client revenue breakdown on your ROI Dashboard.
- 1099-K tax form when Stripe thresholds apply, generated automatically by Stripe.
- Full ownership of the protege you trained. Take it with you if the relationship ends.
ROI math
Twenty client sessions at ten minutes each is 200 minutes, or about 3.33 hours. At the 40 dollar per hour infrastructure rate that is roughly 133 dollars per month in run cost. One converted client at a 15,000 dollar engagement value is a 112 times return on that month spend. The math is the same shape whether you are an attorney closing a retainer or a financial advisor onboarding a new household.
Where this runs in production
Attorneys running intake at hours their paralegal does not work. Financial advisors fielding research questions during market hours. The protege carries the conversation. The expert keeps the relationship and the revenue.
How it differs from Coachvox, Delphi, and Personify
Coachvox is text only and does not run voice sessions. Delphi runs voice but does not publish an accuracy architecture and does not publish a clear revenue share to its experts. Personify is voice-capable but quotes a 14 day deployment and a different commercial model. Apex Replicant ships in under 24 hours, refuses to guess by architecture, and pays out weekly through Stripe Connect. See the full side-by-side at /compare.
Practitioners scaling client load
You are already booked out. The protege handles the overflow at the rate you set, and the revenue share lands in your account every week.
Solo experts capturing after-hours conversations
Inbound questions arrive at 11pm. Your protege answers in your voice and bills the client. You wake up to the session transcript and the payout.
Experts monetizing inbound questions
Your audience asks for the same framework over and over. The protege delivers it in a voice session, charges for the time, and routes the high-value cases to your calendar.
