The 30-Day Continuity Proof

One expert. One hour.
Thirty days to find out.

Name the one person whose knowledge you cannot replace. We spend an hour with them, and inside a day your whole company can ask them anything, without interrupting them once. In thirty days you will know what that is worth, in your own numbers.

The 30-Day Continuity Proof.

Most knowledge-transfer projects want months of your faith up front: curriculum to build, videos to record, SOPs to write, then two quarters of waiting and hoping people use it. This is the opposite. It is deliberately small, deliberately fast, and deliberately measured, because you should not have to take our word for any of it.

The 30-Day Continuity Proof: $1,997, one expert hour, a measured result in 30 days, no contract. No auto-renewal.

That is our standard Continuity month at $1,500 plus a compressed $497 capture fee. The full capture engagement is $3,500; the balance is waived because you are going first and the evidence you generate is worth more to us than the margin.

  1. One Digital Protégé

Built from a single one-hour guided voice interview with the person you name. Every real conversation after that teaches it more.

  2. Live in under 24 hours

From the interview. No implementation project, no data-science team, no prompt engineering.

  3. Every employee gets access

There is no per-seat license, so breadth costs you nothing, and breadth is what makes the thirty days meaningful.

  4. Your documents ingested

SOPs, prints, handbooks, and the folder nobody opens. Plus recorded video: walkthroughs, training sessions, and recorded webinars. We read what was shown, not just what was said.

  5. 25 hours of usage included

Extra hours, if you get there, are $42, billed by the minute. If you get there in thirty days, we should both be very pleased.

  6. A day-zero baseline and a day-thirty report

The part everyone skips, and the only part that turns this into evidence.

Three slots this quarter. Each one is a founder-run engagement, and the constraint is honest: we would rather do three of these properly than ten of them badly.

The part nobody else does: we measure before we build.

On day zero, before a single thing is installed, we spend thirty minutes writing down where you are now. It is a short conversation and it is the only step in this engagement that cannot be repeated later.

Without a before, there is no after. Every vendor who skips this ends a pilot with a feeling and a renewal quote. You end this one with a page of numbers you can hand to your board, your insurer, or your buyer, whether or not you continue with us.

  1. Day zero: what we write down

How many times a week your expert is interrupted, and by whom. How long a new hire currently takes to be productive without supervision. How many people can answer the questions only that expert can answer. What happens today when they are on vacation.

  2. Day thirty: what you get back

The same four numbers, measured again. Questions answered without involving a person. The escalation report: every question the Protégé refused to answer, which is a precise map of where your documentation is thin. A transcript archive of everything that was asked, so you can see what your people actually needed.

The escalation report is the deliverable we would keep if we could only keep one. The questions the Protégé hands off to your expert tell you exactly which knowledge you have never written down.

Three guarantees, because you are taking the risk of going first.

  1. If your expert will not sit for the interview, you pay nothing.

This is the real risk in the room, and it should not be yours. A signature from the top cannot make a twenty-year veteran cooperate. And the suspicion is fair: "record everything you know" does not sound like a friendly request. Winning them over is our job. If we cannot, the engagement is refunded in full.

  2. Live within 30 days or it is free.

We say under 24 hours from the interview. Thirty days is the promise we will put in writing, with a month of margin for your calendar rather than ours.

  3. If more than 15% of questions escalate at day 30, we keep working for free.

If your escalation rate is above 15% at the end of the thirty days, we keep refining the knowledge base at no charge until it is under 10%. A Protégé that constantly says "ask your expert" has not done its job, and you should not pay for one.

What we ask in return, said plainly.

The price is well below our rate card and we are not going to pretend otherwise. You are getting founding-customer terms because you are absorbing founding-customer risk, and there is something we want back that is worth more to us than the difference.

  1. Your name on the result

Permission to name your company and publish the before-and-after numbers we measured together. You approve every word before it goes anywhere, and if the numbers are bad, we do not publish, we fix.

  2. One introduction

If the thirty days go well, one introduction to a peer who has the same problem. If they do not go well, you owe us nothing and we would rather hear why.

  3. Thirty candid minutes at the end

A debrief where you tell us what was wrong with it. We are a small company and this is the fastest product feedback we can buy.

All three go in the engagement letter up front, so nobody is asking anybody for a favor at the end.

It only knows what you have taught it.

That sentence is the whole architecture, and it is why this is safe to put in front of people who will act on the answer. A general-purpose assistant is built to produce an answer. A Protégé is built to understand the question first, answer only from your expert’s own validated knowledge, and hand the question to your expert instead of guessing when it is unsure. That last part is built into the architecture. There is no setting that turns it off.

Your personal information is never used to train a public LLM. Personally identifiable information is removed from uploaded documents by default, and your expert’s knowledge, the actual asset, is never used to train a public model. Your knowledge base is isolated. When an engagement ends, your data stays inside your organization.

Where it goes, if it works.

There is no obligation to continue and no automatic renewal. If you do continue, the monthly is less than the Proof was, because the build is already paid for.

You only ever pay for your first Protégé. After that, any month your team logs more than 20 hours of use, we build your next one free, up to five in total. We would rather earn the next Protégé than sell you one.

The questions we actually get.

Why only one Protégé? We have five people like this.
Because five is five separate people who each have to agree to sit down, and a pilot that needs five yeses is a pilot that stalls. Start with the one you would least like to lose. The other four are free later, earned by use rather than bought up front, and by then you will have a working example to show them, which makes the next four conversations much easier.
Our expert is going to think we are replacing them.
They will, and no amount of messaging fixes an objection that has some truth in it. So we do not lead with capturing their knowledge. We lead with what they get, which is that they stop being interrupted every twenty minutes. Their answers are credited to them by name, and they can see how many people their expertise unblocked. What wins them over is hearing it answer correctly, in their own voice, without them in the room.
What happens when it does not know something?
It escalates to your expert instead of guessing. The questions it hands off are not a failure. They are the most valuable output of the thirty days, because they tell you precisely which knowledge exists in exactly one head.
We already wrote SOPs and nobody reads them.
That is normal and it works in your favor here. Documentation fails because reading a binder is slower than asking a person. This makes the binder answer questions conversationally, which is what people wanted in the first place. If you have recorded training video sitting on a drive, that counts too: we read what was shown, not just what was said.
What does it cost after thirty days?
$1,500 a month if you continue, less than the Proof cost, because the capture is already paid for. If you stop, you stop. There is no auto-renewal and no notice period. You keep the escalation report and the transcripts either way.
Who is doing the work?
Drew, personally, for these three. That is the reason there are three and not thirty, and it is the reason the guarantees above are safe for us to make.

Still deciding?
Go argue with one.

There is a live Protégé waiting below. Ask it something only the expert would know.

Hear one before you decide anything.

Reading about a Protégé tells you very little. Two minutes with one tells you everything, and the part worth testing is not whether it answers well. It is what it does when it cannot.

Talk to Ray’s Protégé

Fair warning, and it is the point: Ray is a composite senior manufacturing engineer, twenty-four years on a shop floor. If you are in HR, or run a services firm, or own a family business, the shop talk will not be your world. It is an example, and we would rather tell you that up front.

What is your world is how it behaves, and that part is identical to what your own expert’s Protégé would do. Ask it the kind of thing you would normally interrupt a senior engineer to ask. You get Ray’s answer, in his words, with his name on it. When it does not know, it says so and pulls in the real person instead of guessing. That last part is built in, and there is no setting that turns it off.

It takes about two minutes. Only one of these questions really matters, the one asking who you cannot afford to lose. If you can answer that in a sentence, this will probably work for you.
